Make sure you are using Google Chrome and go to our website at www.artisanfertility.com. In the upper right hand corner Click the  Proxy Login button.

It is a good idea to bookmark the site so that you don't have to enter the address each time

Once you have clicked the Proxy Login button, you will land on the login/update page. This page will provide you with the most current Proxy information, be sure to take a look at the updates when you login. Then, proceed by clicking the Proxy Login button:

You will then arrive on your login page for Proxy.

Enter your Username and Password then click Sign In.

Next you will be taken to a second screen where you will enter your "Digital Signature". Click Verify and you will be redirected to your Home Page.

The Sign In screen is the only place that you will use your Login Password.

Once you get into Proxy you will have numerous opportunities to use your Digital Signature. 

Perhaps the most common place that you will use your Digital Signature is the "Privacy Screen". This pop-up covers your screen if you have been away from your computer for 15 minutes.

To close the Privacy Screen and return to work just enter your Digital Signature.
