It is essential that one person in your group serve as a Team Leader to set up Proxy and lead the training and implementation process.

This team leader should begin by reviewing the documentation and performing the initial agency or clinic setup.

Once the Team Leader has set up the system and is comfortable with the basics, they will serve as to a teacher and guide to the rest of the staff.

In our experience having a good team leader is the single best way to ensure a successful installation of Proxy.
