You may always update, edit or change your IP/Patient information. This is done by accessing the chart of the patient in Intended Parents.

Select the Patient/IP you wish to edit [1] and then click the Edit Patient Info button.

On this page you may edit or change any patient information, as well as add a new partner if needed. When done click Save Patient Information.
